Advertising Terms and Conditions

• Payments will be processed via Paypal on a recurring monthly basis or as otherwise agreed.

• Once we have received your ad code/image and initial payment your advertisment will be added to the-self-build-guide.co.uk website.

• The ad will remain in place for each subsequent month that payment is received until either party wishes to terminate the arrangement by informing the other. Following this notification, the payment arrangement will be cancelled and the ad will continue to run until the end of the remaining monthly period whereon it will be removed.

• Prices are subject to change upon renewal.

• All advertisement applications are reviewed to ensure that they are relevant to the site and our visitors. the-self-build-guide.co.uk may decline any advertising inquiry we don't feel will fit the site.

• the-self-build-guide.co.uk reserves the right to remove an advertisement from the site at any time. If an advert is removed in this way, the balance of payment will be reimbursed.

• All paid links, banners, buttons and other advertisements require a "nofollow" tag in accordance with Google's guidelines. This prevents the transfer of page rank for payment, protecting Google's organic search results. Compliance with these guidelines guards the-self-build-guide.co.uk and our advertisers from any negative repercussions.
